Martha's place was modern, quaint, and clean. It's in a good location, close to the beach and many restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing. Martha left clear instructions in regards to check-in and check-out. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Had a wonderful stay here! The area is quiet and the apartment is extremely nice, cleaned and cozy. Good local restaurants that we were tipped off about and just a walk of about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Would be more than happy to stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo. We had a pretty rough night at the original Airbnb we booked (a different host’s listing) and they were so accommodating to help rebook us last minute and get us checked in early. It was perfect for a couples getaway and cozy when we were stuck inside because of a storm. The couch is perfect for settling in a watching a movie. We would definitely book again if we travel to the area!

This place was recently renovated and I gotta say, love the update. Also love the decor through out the entire apartment giving it that island vibe. Apartment is very spacious, there is a pool on premises, and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. Communication was great if I needed anything they answered immediately. They allowed me a late check out we twice!! it was stocked with beach chairs, Pickleball tennis, an umbrella in Beach House. I had a great time there super clean. I will definitely book with them my next day at St Pete.
